
Some things you can do it yourself, like preparing yourself a nutritious supper! Here's what you need:
1. Chicken filets (choose those skinless type for healthier choice)
2. Broccoli
3. Tomatoes
4. Picnic ham
5. Thousand island sauce
6. Ready made carrot fruit juice

First boil some water, around 750ml to 1L. Add in the broccoli. I personally prefer those soggier or softer or overcooked broccoli, so i add them in 1st. After 3mins, add in the chicken filets. How long i took to boil the chicken filets? I didn't time it! As a gifted young cook, you will know when it's ready! Haha.



When they are done, turn off the fire. Now add in the tomatoes. Tomatoes can be eaten raw, so all you need to do is just to warm it with the hot water. Anyway it's best to eat tomatoes raw, because most of the nutrients and minerals will be killed during the cooking process. After that, scooped them up, put it some cold cut picnic ham(you can boil the ham a while if you don't like cold cut ones) and they are ready to serve!
Don't forget to serve them with thousand island sauce and a cup of carrot fruit juice! Wow! Sedap!
